Senior Contracts Manager

• Minimum 5 years fencing industry desirable
• Computer Literate especially in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Well-presented, articulate and personable
• Hold Full UK Driving License
• Wide knowledge of Commercial, Security, and High Security Fencing
• Be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated approach
• Have experience in significant fencing contracts management
• Possess exceptional communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Be able to work in a team and on own initiative
• Have the ability to bring added value to the position – such as an existing client base or potential client base.

Contracts Manager

The Successful applicant will ideally have a track record in Contracts Management within the Fencing Industry or similar building industry specialist trade. Reporting to the Managing Director the successful applicant will be responsible for surveying, pricing and running fencing contracts ranging from £5k to £500k. Duties will include:

• Site Surveys to advise and understand the customers’ requirements
• Preparation of quotations
• Sourcing materials procurement of materials
• Allocation of suitable and sufficient labour resources
• Management of labour, health and safety documentation
• Valuation of works
• Preparation of invoices and applications
• Inspection and handover of works to customer with all applicable supporting documentation.

Fencing Supervisor

To supervise and organise installation teams, carry out site measures, check quality, and report to the Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager to ensure smooth running and on time delivery of projects to the companies clients.

• Minimum 5 years fencing industry as a fencing erector
• Computer Literate especially in Excel, Word and Outlook – Additional training will be given if required
• Literate/ Numerate
• Hold Full UK Driving License
• Knowledge of installation of  Commercial Fencing, Security Fencing, Timber Fencing and Hoarding
• Be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated approach
• Be able to work in a team and on own initiative.
