Let customers know the areas you cover and showcase up to 30 images of previous projects you’re proud of, increasing your chances of local homeowners finding your business.

Once you’ve attracted customers to your profile, you can make yourself available to chat, so customers can better understand your expertise and what is involved with their request.

Once you’ve set up your Portal, you’ll be able to see the following statistics via your dashboard:

–                How many times you’ve appeared in customers’ search results

–                The top 10 most searched keywords that sees your profile appear

This data is unique to your business and will allow you to better understand your customers and make informed decisions as how to improve your profile and own website/communication.

How to Join TrustMark Through AFI

Joining TrustMark through AFI is simple:

  1. Ensure Eligibility
    • You must be an AFI member in good standing.
    • Provide evidence of your commitment to quality by submitting your up-to-date Employer, Public Liability and All Risk Insurance, latest accounts and one customer reference with your AFI membership renewal
  2. Submit a New Application
    • Fill out our AFI membership application form here
    • Upload supporting documents (e.g. insurance certificates, accounts, references).
  3. Approval and Onboarding
    • Once approved, we’ll guide you through setting up your TrustMark profile and leveraging the Business Portal.
  4. Start Showcasing Your Expertise
    • Use the TrustMark badge to promote your business and demonstrate your commitment to excellence.
