AFI Prize Draw

• This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• This prize draw closes on 15^th December 2022 at 23:59. Any entry received after this date and time will not be valid.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified and not included in the final prize draw.
• No purchase is necessary to enter into this prize draw.
• The prize is as stated; no cash or other alternative will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
• The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• There are 2 (two) prizes: 6 Wine Society Exhibition wines and a case of 12 English Beers
• To enter, simply fill in the form provided with your details including email address and return it to us.
• The winner will be drawn randomly from all the completed forms.
• The winner will be notified via email on 16^th December by 17:00 to the email address specified when they completed the form.
• The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the Promoter sending the email notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to the provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner to receive the prize.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or microsite or any combination thereof. The Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or accepting a prize.
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or of the spirit of this prize draw, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept and/or disqualify an entry.
• The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

• It is our policy to never sell or share personal information with third party providers.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this prize draw and/or the prize at any time without notice and at its absolute discretion.
• If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for the purpose of sending you information about AFI, unless you have  opted-out. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, or request deletion of data by sending an email to info@afiorg.uk By participating in the prize draw, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
