Introducing a new assessment – Fairness, Inclusion & Respect (FIR)

A new growth assessment has been developed in partnership with major construction clients, contractors and the Supply Chain Sustainability School to enable organisations in the built environment and construction sectors to reap the business benefits of a fairer and more inclusive working environment.

The Fairness Inclusion & Respect (FIR) Growth Assessment is a specialised assessment developed in partnership with major construction clients, contactors and the Supply Chain Sustainability School and is endorsed by the Construction Leadership Council.

It has been designed to make workplaces in the UK construction industry better for everyone by providing a structured way to develop and embed a culture of Fairness, Inclusion & Respect.
